Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions shall apply:

Article 4 - Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The products offered are of such a nature (fresh items) that they do not lend themselves to a cooling-off period and/or withdrawal. For these reasons, we do not use any revocation options. Upon acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the consumer agrees to the absence of the right of withdrawal on the items to be purchased. Exceptions to this exclusion of the right of withdrawal apply to products that can be shown to have been delivered incorrectly; namely products that are not shown or are shown under a different name on the website.
Article 5 - The price
During the period of validity stated in the offer, the prices of the products offered may deviate as a result of fluctuations in the market and over which Topwietonline.com has no influence. The prices stated in the range of products are exclusive of shipping costs.
Article 6 - Delivery and execution

The products on Topwietonline.com will never be delivered to minors and they are therefore strictly excluded from participating in the registration of an account and/or purchases.
Topwietonline.com will take the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to Topwietonline.com. Taking into account any sudden shortages in stock, Topwietonline.com will execute accepted orders expeditiously, unless a different delivery period has been agreed and Topwietonline.com reserves the right in cases of powerlessness to replace products with an equivalent or more expensive product. In that case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without costs and the right to a refund of the purchase price.
After dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, Topwietonline.com will immediately refund the amount that the consumer has paid. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the consumer from the moment Topwietonline.com has transferred it to the relevant postal services or a pre-designated representative announced by Topwietonline.com, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Shipping via regular post does not entitle you to compensation or refund in the event of the loss of your order.
Conditions for insured shipping with T&T
In the event of a loss, we will reimburse your order for 50% once by means of a discount code, unless the following points occur, namely:

Entering the correct address details is your responsibility and your order will not be reimbursed.
*Orders registered as delivered.
If your order is registered as delivered and you have not received it, you are not eligible for compensation because it has been abused in the past.
Article 7 - Payment
Unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement or additional conditions, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 10 days after ordering. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the consumer declares to have taken note of the only payment option, namely exclusively by bitcoins. The consumer is obliged to immediately report inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to Topwietonline.com. If the consumer does not meet his payment obligation(s) in time, reserved items will be reversed.
Article 8 - Complaints
Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Topwietonline.com within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects. Complaints submitted to Topwietonline.com will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, Topwietonline.com will respond within a period of 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer. The consumer must give Topwietonline.com at least 4 weeks to resolve the complaint in mutual consultation. After this period, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.
Article 9 - Additional or derogatory provisions
Additional or deviating provisions from these general terms and conditions concern the details referred to in Article 4, entitled Exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
